I created Lean Vitality after
being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
I was overwhelmed by conflicting advice,
so I applied what I knew from 25 years in continuous improvement — focusing on small, practical changes that actually fit real life.
Within months, my health markers improved
significantly and I felt back in control.
